and a
Strong Voice
for all members
Vision
As WLUSA President, I will continue to;
Represent our diverse membership and our collective needs as we head into our next Bargaining Year.
We will continue to build on our vision with an inclusive, dedicated leadership focus.
Key Initiatives during my terms:
Prepare for another round of successful Bargaining that builds on our previous gains of a 9% increase overall
Implemented an equitable and detailed Work from Home policy that accommodates all members and departments needs and priorities during our new world of work
Finalized the University Pension Plan (UPP) Transition that ensured all members have a clear understanding of the changes, benefits, and timeline of the new program
Performance Reviews updated and simplified to reduce time, providing more of a discussion for our members
Continued success of the Job Evaluation Process resulting in better transparency and an easier process for our members
Increased member engagement with a huge uptake from our members and I will continue to openly communicate and act on feedback to continue this trend
